The Jesper Home webshop was successfully migrated from Lightspeed to Shopify, resulting in a modern, user-friendly online store. The redesigned website effectively showcases Jesper Home’s customizable chairs, making the unique selling point more prominent and engaging. The improved chair customizer offers a seamless, intuitive experience, leading to increased user engagement and a smoother customization process. Early feedback from users and stakeholders was highly positive, and the changes contributed to a measurable improvement in engagement, conversion rates and average order value.
